Our Story
UR Next Home was founded with a passion for providing you and your family a stress free process to help find an Adult Family Home for your loved one. We are a dedicated Christian based family who will put your care and family needs at the forefront of everything we do for you. We believe that when it comes to medical needs, housing and aging gracefully each person is unique and every situation is different. We have hearts to serve and will be extremely patient and hands on advocating for you every step of the way.
All our service is 100% complimentary to the families we serve. We receive a referral fee from licensed facilities if a client chooses to move into one of the homes, we refer them to. We can guarantee that you will be taken care of, and all your questions will be answered.
Why Us?
We are a family of service. Ryan and Jennifer have a past of serving whether in the Military or in Law Enforcement, our hearts are truly dedicated to serving those around us. We have felt the need and desire to make it a priority in our lives as well as teach our children to love Christ and how to serve others. We have personally had to navigate finding homes for our loved ones dealing with old age or illness. From care ranging from assistance using the restroom and bathing to memory care and end of life/hospice. Through our real estate careers, we have built relationships with Christ loving families who have chosen to dedicate their lives to owning and running their own Adult Family Homes to the highest standards and care. We will help families with this transition and walk you through every step of the process guiding you along the way so you can choose what is best for you or your loved one.
What We Do

We will help save you countless hours of searching for and touring facilities. We specialize in King and Snohomish County. We are also licensed Real Estate Brokers and help people buy and sell residential and commercial properties. We can help connect you with real estate attorneys, probate attorneys, title companies and more.
